I've been building in the Las Vegas Valley since 2001. I came up working for some of the most respected custom home builders in town and somewhere along the way, I realized I wanted to do this my own way. With more communication. Tighter budgets. Better follow-through. And the kind of honesty that doesn't come standard in this industry. That's what Centurion is.
A house worth living in is worth taking the time to build right. We've never finished a project and wished we'd rushed it.
I'd rather tell you the hard truth in week one than dance around it for six months. That includes pricing, scheduling, and the unglamorous parts of construction nobody likes to talk about.

Construction costs in 2026 aren't what construction costs were in 2019, and pretending otherwise doesn't help anyone. What we can promise: we'll talk about budget early, often, and honestly.
